We found the hotel to be perfect for our kid free weekend away. The hotel itself is such a beautiful building that from the moment we arrived we felt calm and surrounded by splendour. The staff are exceptional, all so friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious each day and our meal in Mei Umi was fabulous. The location of the hotel is good, it is so close to the river, the Tower of London and the Shard.

Hotel's location is amazing especially if you came for a business. Gym is super nice, breakfast is perfect, room was wonderful, staff is nice, valet parking is the best (not often you will find valet in London) and both restaurants are outstanding, food there was super delicious. I stayed here two times and next time will stay again!

The Team was absolutely amazing! From the moment you arrive, they are taking care that everything will be just amazing! Natasha in the reception was very kind and helpful. Savvas the concierge was so helpful! when we asked for something he did it with all his heart, quickly and in professional way! Federico in the Lobby (I think he is manager) was very kind and very sweet to my kids! always with a smile! the team makes the stay just amazing!

EVERYTHING about this property! It’s in an historical building that used to house the War Council of Churchill during WWII. Everything is done beautifully, the Chinese restaurant and bar is top notch, and our Presidential suite was just incredible.

The Hotel was so clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were spacious ,beds great. Lovely bathrooms too. Our family all enjoyed it , especially the spa. We were celebrating a birthday and it was the perfect place to do that.

the room was absolutely exquisite! spent my birthday here and had the room decorated, really appreciate the staff at the four seasons that helped with the decor display. The four seasons staff/family really made me feel spoiled on my special day and were so lovely and kind to me. very prompt with any request I had. honestly, couldn’t say anything bad, they really did cater to me and I will definitely be returning! Thank you so much to Margot aswell x

Breakfast was okay . Staff over bearing kept asking if food was okay why I am as trying to eat & enjoy . Bill was on the table before I had finished without asking for it . When I got up to leave I was by another member of staff if she could get my bill which I had all day easy done not impressed trying too hard slightly rude at leat let me finish my breakfast then asked if there is anything else I might want then get the bill

What an amazing hotel, of all the 5 star London hotels this is right up there with the best, the entrance and the smells as you enter are simply stunning. Throughout our stay the staff were excellent, the food at the Rotunda was amazing and sat relaxing listening to the pianist was exceptional. I opted to stay in the executive room this time which was a great spacious room, normally I’d stay in suites but I honestly don’t think you would need one given how spacious these are, I can honestly say these have the best beds and pillows I’ve ever stayed in. Excellent from start to finish and the Four Seasons has a new loyal customer in me.
